Video on successful distance learning

I thought this was a good informative video on distance learning. If I was teaching a distance learning class, I would begin by having my students watch this video. Many students believe distance learning classes are easy and they can do the work in their "spare time." However, that is not the case and students should be aware of how to become organized before starting the course.

This is an excellent website containing information, tools, and strategies for teachers and students concerning distance learning. You can find a ton of articles on best strategies for distance learning, different case studies, tutorials, reviews and even blogs. The purpose of the site is to provide different strategies for the teacher and students to learn most effectively through technology. I enjoy how you can comment on the articles. It makes it interactive. You can read other people's opinions and give you're own. I like the variety of articles regarding distance learning. The site is well organized and as a teacher or student can be extremely beneficial.
